Working Lead Dog
WTD, WLD, WWPD,
& WPD
Wayeh's First Working Lead Dog (WLD) is Tom T. Running Single Lead takes a lot out of a dog mentally and physically. They
have to make every decision up front and they have no "comfort" zone
of another dog standing beside them. It takes a confident but trusting
individual to work up front by himself.
Our second and third WLDs are both bitches, Tom's littermate sister Singer,
and their kennelmate Siberian Bess.
We have several dogs who will run double lead -- Siberians Nu and John;
Malamute Summer or Siberians Jazz or Tosha with anyone else who knows what they
are doing.
