"60s Music" Litter

Temperament, first, last and always.  Brady is a goof and Hannah is a marshmallow.  Brady hales from the Czech Republic and combines the best of the Czech and American pedigrees.  Hannah is Black Ice -- old working lines from North America.  We are tickled to combine this outcrossed pedigree. This litter has a 10-gen COI 3%.

Brady is just getting started in the elite pawprints of his forefathers.  He takes to everything with style and willingness.  OFA Good, CERF normal, Thyroid normal, and 25"/80# skinny working weight @ 2y, and he is still growing.  He's weightpull training while we wait to mature and head back to the show ring and so long as he gets a hug and a kiss, he'll pull anything anytime!  Brady is the sire of Winter.

Is there a more dignified name for a Malamute than Hannah Banana?  She was raised on an apple farm as a pup and loves fruit of any kind, any time.  She's not really fond of showing, she just does it because we asked her to.  Her fav thing is her human kids and the couch... which is near the fridge, which is where apples are kept!  She is OFA Excellent, Thyroid normal, CERF clear, a working harness dog who will pull if I have a round shiny apple to lure her with.  She's 23"/75# skinny working weight.  Hannah Banana is the dam of Music.

"Alaskan Rivers" Litter

Temperament, first, last and always.  Clay is Mr. Mellow, 3/4 Kotzebue (the ORIGINAL AKC Alaskan Malamutes) and is a Muffin Head to prove it. He gets along with everyone in a peaceful easy way, with tenderness and a quick lick.  The ladies ADORE him, all year long, because he's a GENTLEMAN.  His sire is Pure Kotzebue and his dam was half.  There are very few remaining Kotzebue, most have been blended into the general population.  Breeders love the Kotzebue because of their work ethic, their gentleness with other dogs, and their never-quit attitude.  This litter has a 10-gen COI 1%.

Clay is an AGOUTI/WHITE Malamute, and was born with "muddy" whites that later lightened to light gray and white.  He's a gorgeous boy, not your run of the mill gray/white.  He is all the best of his parents (12y daddy Mishak is going strong, 5y mama Stevie is as lovely as ever).  Clay is willing to learn anything I teach him, willing to attempt anything I ask him.  Like many Kotzebues he has an OFF SWITCH, he's a dynamo in harness and a sloth on the couch.  OFA Good, CERF normal, Thyroid normal, and 23"/75# @ 3y, he is still growing.  He's weightpull training and harness training the others, because he projects a calm willingness to everything he does.

Kay is a big bruiser of a girl, 25"/85# (muscled-up for weightpulling weight), she also has a lot of Kotzebue in her dam's pedigree, so this is a very exciting match-up.  She loves attention more than the harness, but she loves it best when she can have both.  A willing worker, eager to please, and adores her grown daughter Parka so they have to go everywhere together.  She is OFA Good, Thyroid normal, & CERF clear.

"Song Writers" Litter

Temperament, first, last and always.  Amak & Tori -- we planned this litter a couple of generations ago. Blending Wayeh, Uyak, Totem and Mariah (whose pedigree is heavy Uyak).  Tori is our weightpull dynamo and Amak is our goofy son of Dancing Bear.  This litter has a 10-gen COI 2%.

Big brawny daughter of Kay & Nikko, Tori is 23"/77# @ 2y and still growing.  Tori-nado adores weightpulling.  We call her "Tori-Baby WOW!" when she shoulders into the harness and MOVES whatever she is hooked to.  In puppy class she learned the tornado trick --  "Tori, what happens to the puppy when the wind blows?" (& blow in her face).  She flops over on her side and plays dead.  <G>.  She is OFA (prelim) Excellent, Thyroid normal, & CERF clear @ 2y.  This is her first litter.

Temperament, first, last and always.  Maestro is a goof and Honey is a lap puppy.  Together they should produce goofy lap puppies.  Antarctica, destination of the Byrd Expeditions, where Malamutes drew the attention of the world to the bottom of the world. This litter has a 10-gen COI 5%.
