6y white, blue-eyed 45# female Siberian Husky

Kaya was loved but lived near chicken farms.  She learned to escape their fence and chase chickens.  And she was shot for her troubles.  She prefers to be a housedog, and needs exercise.  She is built for speed.  So if you have an apartment, a crate, and like to run -- this is the affectionate, beautiful dog for you.  She lives with Malamutes, male and female, and loves loves loves kids.

Application & Contract, $200 adoption fee 

Timeline

4/9/11 - Kaya comes to rescue, already vetted, being treated for gunshot wound
4/25/11 - Kaya is available for adoption.
