Donations above the adoption fee will help these guys and the permanent residents at TNAMR -- Cali & Tubby.   Medical expenses for each dog are generally much higher than $200 and every extra dollar helps save the next one.

We only accept heartworm negative Alaskan Malamutes who pass a stringent temperament test, before, during, and after the initial interview.  Temperament is our #1 priority in a crowded world.  Owner surrenders will pay a turn-in fee to cover expenses while in rescue.

Sponsor-A-Sleddog. These dogs are permanent residents who just needed a warm place to spend their last few years... few years that sometimes stretch to many happy years.  Any amount helps, monthly or a one-time donation.  

Breeder Referrals.  These dogs came back to Wayeh for the health of their owners, divorces, etc., or are being placed in retirement homes.
