Application for Adoption

HIGHLIGHTS
1)
All dogs are spayed/neutered (no exceptions), heartworm tested, fecal tested, vaccinated, and microchipped.
2) Adoption Fee is $200.
3) You must always fence or leash the dog & he must be on monthly heartworm prevention -- every month for the rest of his life unless your vet provides a medical reason not to be.
4) Adopters must pick up dogs personally at the foster home in Tennessee.  No shipping of any dog under any circumstances -- WE must meet YOU.

We are in East Tennessee and the adopter must come to East Tennessee to meet the dog before the adoption.>
We will do a phone interview, vet reference check, & home/fence check before the adoption.>
Malamutes can NEVER be trusted 100% off leash.>
Malamutes are known for killing livestock and small animals, including CATS.>
Malamutes do not make good guard dogs.>
Referral dogs are NOT evaluated by TNAMR and we make no guarantees about their description or behavior.>
