"Yuke" 1995-2002 Leyah was a very special puppy, picked by a very special breeder, Billie Stewart. Leyah had an uncanny ability to understand almost everything that was said to her, to recognize the special people in her life--from a distance and to communicate with me in such a way that I always knew what she wanted. She didn't excel in the breed ring and didn't set the obedience ring on fire, but she sure had fun in the ring. Her reputation preceded her--the people always wanted to see the Mal that chased her tail in the ring--and caught it, then stood there and just smiled at me. So mom had just about given up on me, when suddenly I decided to DO obedience and I got 3 CDs in 2000. This was just to remind her who was boss My Life In Pictures
