2009 Wayeh TRAIN Litter - COR

COR (Co-efficient of Relationship) is much influence each dog in the pedigree is likely to have on the puppies -- statistically. Puppies are individuals, each generation will be more or less influenced by a particular dog in a pedigree, and you have to consider much more than numbers -- but the COR is likelihood of influence, and will tell you if the pedigree is weighted more towards one line or another, one kennel or another. It's also relevent if you're trying to diminsh or fix traits -- if the most influential dogs in your pedigree all have shorter legs, you're likely to get shorter legs, if the most influential dogs in your pedigree are all champions -- COR tells you nothing at all about the liklihood of your puppy finishing <G> -- or even what style the dog will be, so don't look for that.

I've found COR tells me more about the puppies after they are grown -- which ancestors DID have the most influence on the particular dog.

So they have just about the same level of influence at this point
