Masasyu Kennel has taken every conceivable precaution in producing a puppy that is healthy and clear of all genetic diseases. All Masasyu breeding stock must be OFA certified good to excellent to be used in the breeding program. Our bitches are only bred to stud dogs with the same certification. 

If your puppy is determined displastic by x-rays at 24 months, certified by OFA or radiologist AND the dog has not been bred AND a preliminary x-ray was done at 12 months, the puppy will be replaced by another Masasyu puppy as soon as reasonable.  The buyer has the option to keep the first puppy as well as get a replacement puppy. 

The sire and dam of your pup is clear of chrondrodisplasia.  They have also been certified CLEAR by examination by a board-certified Ophthalmologist. 

At eight weeks of age our vet, Ameriland Animal Hospital, examines every puppy, administers the first set of shots and microchips every puppy with Masasyu Kennel as the contact person. 

Owner's Obligation: 

It is the responsibility of the owner to acquaint themselves with the breed and its diseases and take the necessary steps to avoid these diseases. The owner agrees to take good and reasonable care of the dog and give it regular veterinary exams and vaccinations. The owner agrees to maintain a sound socialized and stable temperament. A puppy's personality and temperament can be changed if mishandled. The owner will attend and complete puppy socialization class as well as a basic obedience class with the puppy. 

The owner will spay/neuter the puppy by the age of 12 months and provide proof of same back to Masasyu in writing. The registration papers will then be sent to the owner of the puppy. 

The owner of the pup, if they should move, will notify Masasyu Kennel of their new address and phone number 30 days after moving, so Masasyu Kennel can record the changes for future use. 

IMPORTANT !!!!!! The seller retains the right to reclaim the dog in the event that the buyer cannot or will not care for it. THE BUYER AGREES NOT TO SELL, CO-OWN OR TRANSFER THIS ANIMAL WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE BREEDER AND THE STUD DOG OWNER !!!!!!!!! 

IF FOR ANY REASON THE PUP IS RETURNED TO MASASYU WITHIN ONE MONTH OF PURCHASE, THE COSTS INVOLVED WITH THIS RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PURCHASE PRICE WHICH WILL THEN BE REFUNDED. AFTER 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.

A deposit of $200. to be applied to the purchase price of the pup, shall be sent to the seller with a signed contract to hold this puppy for the buyer.  Full payment is expected before the pups are 5 WEEKS OLD.  This deposit is non-refundable.
