Feeding Trials
For Alaskan Malamutes & Siberian Huskies

Phase One

Each dog is fed separately (crated), each portion is measured, and each day's results are charted. All dogs are snacked, treated, and supplemented (except for medical reasons) exactly the same.

We divided the foods into categories:

	working dogs,
	active house dogs,
	inactive house dogs (maintenance),
	lamb & rice-fed dogs, and while we were charting,
	special diets for our boy Nu-Nu who has on-going digestive problems.

We wanted these foods to be readily available in East Tennessee Super Centers (K-Mart, Wal-Mart, etc.), Pet Supply Stores (SuperPetz, PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Agrifeed, Pet Supply City, etc.), and Farm Supply Stores -- which would probably be available in other areas as well.
